LEVEL UP is presented by the Latin Sparks Festival, an annual celebration of Latin American dance, music, food, and culture; attracting tens of thousands of festival goers from across Canada and the US.

Problem.
Our team created Level UP to fill a major gap in the arts and culture sector. There is outstanding talent out there, but artists and arts organizations often lack access to business knowledge and technology skills that can make or break their careers. Artists work long and hard to develop their unique craft, however they often struggle to turn their talents into prosperous careers. We believe that artists breathe life into our world, and we want to see them thrive financially.
